Check in was fine although had to ask for my complimentary drink for both of us which was only for wine. My husband drinks beer so couldn’t see why he couldn’t have a beer but never mind. Room massive cozy and amazing and that’s were the wow factor stops.
The spa is not really big enough for the size of the hotel and it was massively over crowded so we stayed for 10 mins and left. The girls at the gym /spa were a bit snappy not overly friendly.
There was a wedding on and we were woken at 2 am by noisy guests. I could hear literally everything that went on in the room upstairs.
We had a meal in the restaurant which was average. Not a lot of choice on the menu.
Bar area lacked atmosphere. Breakfast was average.
Full of hen parties and wedding guests.
Was hoping for a relaxing get away. Fell short of that so we won’t be returning.

Overall very good,need to utilise the onsite pub more,seems pot luck when it's open or not,not everyone wants to sit in the hotel bar.Double check the deals being offered.Room was nice & very clean,spa facilities good.

Very enjoyable stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms and all the leisure centre was clean. We had a two course dinner included in the price and it was delicious. Breakfast buffet was really good again. There is nothing negative to mention.

Amazing service. Amazing staff. Amazing food. Amazing lesiure facilities. Amazing price for the keyworker deal (please try to keep this offer for as long as possible). Amazing bedroom and very clean

pleasant hotel, as it says on the tin. will stay again.
the room was nice but just a little tired.
evening food was excellent. breakfast was ok but the poached eggs were hard boiled.

Great venue and spa. Little niggles. Great treatments, room, bed and sleep. Lovely big choice breakfast served for a long period not just at the crack of dawn which makes it leisurely. Great package offered for key workers. Thank you

Lovely place to stay especially with the Friday Fizz deal which is brilliant value for money with access to the spa area. All the staff were very friendly & the rooms were perfect too. We've been nearly 10 times during the last few years.

Leanne in the spa was so professional she put me at ease and enabled me to relax and enjoy the treatment.
Room was clean and spacious.

Had the best stay here with friends. The facilities were fantastic but what made our stay so memorable was Julie who worked the bar. She looked after us from the minute we sat down and couldn’t do enough for us. Thank you Julie for making our stay unforgettable!!

A very nice relaxing stay. Lovely spa. Good food in the restaurant both evening and breakfast. Modern bedroom and good en-suite facilities. Service was excellent always helpful. Lots of little on site shops to explore.
