Very friendly and welcoming one night stay. I arrived and discovered the hotel in difficult circumstances- I had to visit Chorley and South Ribble Hospital during the night. In the morning I had a lovely Breakfast. As I was in pain I unable to sit in the Breakfast area to eat it. The member of Staff on duty at Breakfast time went out of her way to help me carry my Breakfast to my room. After that I spent some time in the Bar area where I was served by a lovely friendly lady working on the Bar. Another member of staff helped me prepare for check out by collecting things I had left in my room- again in my opinion she also went out of her way to help me. I travel in the North of England quite frequently. I am recovering from an episode of Severe Depression- travelling to different places with friends and alone helps me stay Depression free. Thankyou Mercure Georgian House Bolton for everything during my short stay. The Hotel is a credit to the Accor brand 🙂

The systeme is brilliant and very reasonably priced. My issue was that the 'guru' who was helping me build my business was not helpful and so I didnt get any further with this. I didnt really get off the ground so when it was renewed without my awareness after a year I asked if they would honour my cancellation all be it a little late and they agreed. I am so grateful and will use this system in the future if I need to. Thank you so much

Great support team. I was making great progress until I changed my email address mid-process, and no matter what I tried I couldn't move forward. I tried AI. I started from 0 more times than I would like to admit. I paused setting up my newsletter for a few weeks, than reached out to them. 2 emails later it was sorted. Clear instructions with screenshots and a kind, reassuring attitude. I'm grateful for the support received. Highly recommend

Superb location to the town and public transport - bus station. Beds were very comfortable and room clean. Air con in the room and instructions on how to use were excellent & worked very efficiently.
Having the option of a bath in the room was a luxury and plenty of hot water was available.
A over the bath Shower was also available.
Staff were helpful & very friendly.
Food served to the group was adequate and different to the menu that was served to other guests from the main hotel menu.
Overall impressed at the standard and enjoyed the overnight stay.
I was with a group of travellers on a coach tour so cannot comment on the price as it was included in the overall tour costing.
Would def recommend or stay again if in the area.,
