Stuart and Roz are an expert team who never stopped from the moment they arrived at the agreed time and treated my home with respect as if it was their own. All ground floor carpets and a three piece suite were quickly cleaned far better than I expected. Such an excellent job they returned the following week to freshen the stairs and bedroom carpets. Very pleased and happy to recommend them.

Excellent night away for a special occasion.
Excellent room - very spacious and clean. Spa facilities were really great although the changing facilities were a little dated.
The restaurant area was clean and well kept. The Drop Inn was fantastic - great choice of food and drink and no rush to vacate the table.

Relaxing
The facilities were lovely, not too packed and well managed. All the staff were helpful and friendly.
It’s a bit far from the city centre so if you can’t drive you have to take a cab.

Beautiful location, comfy bed, powerful shower
Way too hot, no fan provided despite requesting before arrival and being told there would be one in the room, had to call room service twice to arrange one. Cobwebs all over the ceiling.

Fantastic service by We Move Anything (soon to be Patrick William Removals and Storage I think). Ray, Andy and Josh were friendly, fast and paid attention to detail eg one of the guys taking the initiative to put a bottle of Calpol aside for our daughter so we'd have some overnight when all packed up! The company came highly recommended anyway, but they still exceeded our expectations 👏
