I can not thank or recommend Ravi and the team enough.
They have been professional and approachable since day one. Just the thought of visiting the dentist before I found Brookside dental made me nervous from lectures and judgement. With Ravi and the team it has been an absolutely different experience. Thank you all for your support and the amazing journey you have provided.
It has been a pleasure being your patient. The moment i spoke to the team on the phone to enquire to meeting yourself I knew I was in the best hands. Every step of the way you have been dextremely open and caring which uphold absolute discretion.
I can not fault the service you have provided. It has been flawless and is like no other I have experienced. I can only speak highly of you and the team. Each individual colleague is an asset and provide a great experience throughout.

Not many people in there when we arrived on a Saturday lunch time so plenty of space. Food was good although the sauce in the prawn cocktail was a bit overpowering. Onion rings a bit fatty too. Apart from that it was ok.

Isra and the colleague who carried out my clean were both so kind, patient and understanding. They knew I had a real phobia of dentists and took everything at my own pace, making sure I felt comfortable throughout. They never made me feel silly or embarrassed, which meant so much to me. The care and reassurance I received were outstanding. I would highly recommend them to anyone, especially if you’re a nervous patient. It was absolutely worth every penny. Thank you both!

Update: February 2024 Still good, some seats are getting a bit tired. Staff still pleasant and loos ok.
Update: November 2023 Still a nice cinema and the staff are pleasant. The drinks and snack are expensive for what you get. Sadly two of the adjacent restaurants have closed, but Pizza Express is still there and the high street offers a good choice of places for lunch or dinner. Plenty of parking nearby. Use it or lose it!
A good example of Cineworld. Nice staff, clean facilities and expensive drinks and snacks. Plenty of car parking and places to eat or drink very close by.

We took advanatage of a deal from Planet Offers. We didn't pay much and so our expectations were pretty low. We were more than pleasntly surprised when we arrived. The place is lovely. Our room (37) was very large and extremely comfortable. The main reason for our visit was the thermal circuit within the spa which me and my wife thought was exceptional. There is a also a good swimming pool. If this place was a little closer to my home, I would have joined the gym. We chose to eat at the onsite pub which we both really enjoyed (I can heartly recommend the beef shin, mash and red cabbage) - we sat outside in a quanit cobbled courtyard enjoying the sun, food and drinks and a little gutted to have just missed the live enterainment which runs from 3 - 6 pm on a Sunday afternoon. We will definiely be back - possibly for a one of the comedy nights they run. Finally, and most importantly, I have to call out the staff who were all proper friendly and who go out of the way to help. This includes the hotel receiptionists (chek-in and check-out), the spa receptionists, the waitress in the pub and the breaksfst waiter and waitress. Just to illustrate this with a small example. My wife put her toast through the toaster twice and it end up being too toasted for her to eat. When the waiter came to clear the plates my wfe apologied for wasting the bread. However our waiter immediately put her at ease and then inisted on making her some new toast. Small things make a bid difference. 100% Recommend.
