I had a consultation and massage with Recovery Lab and was finally diagnosed with an issue I've had for nearly a year! Niamh and Py are fab and I'd highly recommend using them if you have e any injuries that need rehabilitation or if you just want a good massage after a workout.

Warm, welcoming, accommodating, and great food! Went here as a party of 12 to celebrate a couple of birthdays. All of the staff were extremely friendly without being overbearing and fake. The food was delicious, so hot and tasty. Decent sized portions too. Would definitely come back and recommend 👌

Travelled from Ipswich to visit family for mine and my wife's birthday this evening.
Service was 10/10. Warm welcome and friendly staff.
Table of 12 of us, food was piping hot and delicious! Nothing was to much for the staff and they accommodated everything we asked for.
I would 100% recommend and we will be making the 2 hour trip to return!
