Beautiful outdoor areas and friendly staff but was disappointed at no sauna, steam or jacuzzi and when I got in bed my sheets were all torn!

Nice room, but 2 flights of stairs. Would not be easy for less able guests. Bath difficult to get in as enclosed on both long sides. Spa well equipped. Good facilities in room.

Stayed just one night in Courtyard room. Very nice ,food excellent & friendly Staff. Grounds are superb.

Reception/ front of house staff on arrival was excellent and very chatty, seemed to know a lot about the building.
