Air con in room wasn’t working but staff were very helpful to try and fix it; ended up with a portable unit. Service was excellent all round.

It's a spacious hotel situated right in the center of #Preston England and withing walking distance to the bus and train stations. The customer service team was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend for short stay close to the #citycenter

I was very grateful for the service I received from Polly on the front desk at the Holiday Inn Preston. I was very shaken when I arrived after travelling to the hotel with a faulty brake. Polly was very kind, looked for solutions to my problems and had practical solutions. In general the hotel was very welcoming and the staff accommodating and flexible. I was very relieved.

Very good, handy for the bus station. 10-15 min walk to the station!

Only really used this location as a stop over during travelling.
We did arrive before check-in and were hopeful that the room might be ready. However, we only had access bang on check-in time. Didn't try to restaurant, so I can't really comment. The bed was quite uncomfortable, which was disappointing.
