Beautiful location. Very surprised to find it was its own cute little village complete with shops and a pub! The hotel staff were lovely and friendly. We did experience a bit of hostility from a waitress in the pub who wasn't pleased that another member of staff had told us we could sit at a certain table but it saved us money as we decided not to eat in there so ordered food from the local takeaway instead.
The facilities were ok - the hydrotherapy pool was amazing. Unfortunately the salt therapy room was out of action. The changing rooms were disappointing - the showers were dirty and there was no option for privacy to change.
The rooms were good. Beds were very comfy but the pillows were hard. Everything in the room was clean but I would have expected robes and slippers to be included as standard given that it is a spa hotel. The biggest negative to the rooms is the noise level. The walls are paper thin and we had a very yappy dog 2 rooms down! Fortunately he seemed to be fine once the family were back in the room with him and as long as nobody walked down the corridor, the dog remained quiet.
We had friends staying at the same time and I know their experience was quite different due to where their room was located. We were in the main building and they were in the courtyard by the pub. They got very little sleep due to the noise from visitors.

Location is gorgeous. Spa was clean. Staff were really helpful. Food in the pub was brilliant.
Only problem we had- the twin beds were incredibly uncomfortable. You could feel the springs in the mattress. The pillows were also paper thin. It was the cheapest room however you still expect to be comfortable.

Josh and Jake were so helpful, friendly and courteous. They made it look so easy. I will never ever move house again, but if I ever do I will use these people again .

Absolutely delighted. Lovely people, arrived on time, clean of lounge carpet and sofas is superb and they were dry so quickly. They also smell wonderful. On top of this a brilliant price. Have already booked for my stair and bedroom carpets.

You were patient and gave us information when we asked, eventually helping us to decide what to buy. At no point did we feel coerced in any particular direction. It took us a while to finally decide, but we got there in the end! It was a pleasure doing business with you Matthew.

Can't fault the service, no pressure, car ready on time, slick processing. Checked out all the reviews before choosing to use, and worked out some customer expectations are beyond reasonable, and most customers are delighted. Looking forward to driving my new (to me car). After my initial enquiry with Ryan, I could only make it on his day off Chris ensured a seamless handover.

I recently bought a 2021 T-Cross from Fish Motors, which we chose because it was a competitive price and they have good ratings as a dealership. They lived up to the reviews - we were dealt with by Matthew, who was honest and to-the-point, no rubbish. We bought it and drove away happy.
More importantly than the initial experience, we've now had the car for over a month, and we did have a couple of small issues with it within a week of purchase. When we reached out to the team to flag them, they were responsive and covered the cost to repair. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a good price and customer service.
