The weather was excellent which helped make it a most enjoyable place to visit. The formal gardens are wonderfully looked after, and the lakeside walk really interesting with many interesting features. We had a light lunch in the cafe which was very good and Sunday lunches being served looked as good as or better than many I've been served up in local pubs. It was also good value.

Stunning walk and views, I visited here with my family which also involved young children, there are plenty of things to entertain them along the walk, we also stayed for lunch in which there were plenty light lunch options which was also very delicious.
Overall lovely day, and it also helped with the sun out aswell.

Lots of woodland walks if you are fit and free to do so lots of flowers and Large house with visitors centre history of the place can be found also

Max and Adeel provided us with great customer service from behind the bar, highly recommend you go visit the hotel. The hotels breakfast was delicious and the customer service was great again. The reception team was also very welcoming.

I’ve had a lovely stay the staff are very friendly and all extremely helpful hotel is in a good place, close to the city centre right next door to the bus station 10 mins walk to the railway station close to all the shops

I have been staying in the hotel for 15 weeks for business and have had a fantastic stay. The staff have been fantastic, always very friendly and happy to help out. They have remembered my room and always specially provided soft pillows. Adeel who works in the bar has been particularly great. He was always happy to chat and go the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of and had what I needed. Rooms are good and clean and their is a large breakfast selection to choose from. Would recommend if you need somewhere to stay in Preston!

The entire experience was fantastic from check in to check out in terms of; friendly staff; a warm welcome on arrival; comfortable & modern rooms; a high standard of cleanliness throughout; great quality breakfast & selection; parking options. A very positive experience overall with no issues. Well done everyone and thank you especially the three young men serving breakfast in the morning nothing was a bother to them.

Sheshi the receptionist handled me personally the room was fresh and clean the view was amazing of the sunset and town below tash and art at dinner time handled me personally Yash and max were brilliant at breakfast sooo pleasant I can't say enough about the holiday Inn staff this was my second stay my first stay was with my boyfriend 16 years ago when my daughter was born at this very same hotel old is gold as they say! 💖😍😘

I stay at this hotel regularly and have to say the staff absolutely make this hotel. In particular Max and Adeel are enormously welcoming and friendly - I will continue to stay because of team members like this - thanks very much 👍🏻

Brilliant stay at the hotel, warm and welcoming staff and made me feel at ease after a long drive. Adeel in particular was a real credit to the company with his consideration of my stay and interesting conversation, I would highly recommend.
