I recently attended Mark's first aid course and found it to be an excellent learning experience. Mark is a knowledgeable and engaging instructor who clearly has extensive real-world experience in emergency medical situations.

Having completed many courses on this topic over the years, I can confidently say that this was one of the most engaging and practical sessions I have experienced.
