We went for Christmas lunch, we got there, we were shown to the eating area and stood waiting for ages, while someone with the ability to speak ask who we were , then this person, who had no customer service experience led us to our table pointed it out and said nothing, the Chinese lady came to our table , didn't speak put bread rolls down and left , the food was ok, not worth the £200 paid, staff were ok, ( these that were interested and interacted) would I book again, I'm sorry no .

Had the most wonderful 2 night stay. The room was great and the staff were exceptional, really friendly and helpful. Special mentions for Amy, so lovely and helpful. I will definitely be back. Thank you all.

Had a great spalding day with afternoon tea. Good value for money. Staff were very helpful and couldn't do enough for you. Lovely pool with jacuzzi . Two steam rooms , sauna and zen room. We had a massage but they offer different treatments. All and all a great afternoon out.
