Kathryn is absolutely wonderful at what she does. I’d first met her at a friend’s funeral and when my beautiful Dad passed away I knew there was only 1 person who could talk about my Dad as though she knew him and that was Kathryn. She took time to find out as much as possible about my Dads 86 years, and then she converted this into a really heartfelt celebration of who my Dad was to family, friends and everyone who had been lucky enough to meet him.
My Dad’s day was very special and this was definitely enhanced by Kathryn. There were hundreds at his day and everyone at the service said she was brilliant and they knew I’d not found her by chance.
Kathryn gave us a copy of the full service and a thoughtful card too. I highly recommend her.

5 stars seem really inadequate for Kathryn Smith, if i could give more then I would. I and my Family feel truly blessed that the Funeral Directors recommended Kathryn to us, to help organise and attend at my Wife's funeral.
Kathryn was fully able to interpret our requirements and sympathetically put them across at the service.
Her advice and help at a time of our mourning was truly amazing and I do not hesitate in recommending Kathryn to you. I can honestly declare that Kathryn seemed to be more a Family member than an Independent Celebrant.

From the moment we arrived at the OGH we felt welcomed and truly relaxed.
Our room, 111, was excellent, comfortable and spacious with perfect air conditioning which was so necessary as we were staying during the recent heatwave when Guernsey enjoyed its hottest day ever.
All the OGH staff we encountered during our stay, whether in the restaurants, around the pool or just around the hotel in general were super friendly and accommodating.
We reserved a gin tasting experience and this turned out to be a throughly enjoyable and enlightening experience.
the bar tender who conducted the tasting, was knowledgeable and interesting to talk with, we definitely learned a few things to try out at home, we even bought one of the local gins included in the tasting from duty free at the airport.
We will recommend the OGH to anyone we know thinking of taking a holiday in St Peter Port and we hope to return ourselves at some point.

I got locked out my flat at half 4/5 this morning and after getting over priced and spoken to rudely by a number of different locksmiths.. my mum stumbled across cedric who not only looked after me with the price but was here in no time getting me back in my humble abode with minimum fuss. Absolute top man!

Cedric and Dean were very efficient and helpful. You can tell they were very experienced as they knew what they were doing, and was able to find solutions to unexpected issues. Would definitely recommend them for any window repair jobs.
