I recently used the online Wills Service at Toucan Law and I was very impressed with the service I received. Having contacted a few other firms beforehand, I found them to be far more approachable, friendly and helpful.
The online form was very straightforward and user friendly to complete. Afterwards the firm carefully reviewed my Will, explained the key points I needed to consider. They also supported me with the witnessing and signing process, and gave me the extra assurance that everything was completed correctly.
The whole experience was professional and efficient, giving me real peace of mind. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing support with Wills and estate planning.

What can I say about this brilliant law firm that would do it justice. We went to see Kylie about a legal problem we had and although it was not something they usually deal with, she grabbed the reigns and within 48 hrs had sorted it all out. We cannot thank them enough!! Both Kylie and Andy are brilliant!!

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. Like other reviewers we wanted to ensure we had our wills and lasting powers of attorney in order. Ellie detailed the process in a extremely professional and friendly manner, explaining each stage in terms we could understand. Before completing we were sent the legal documents to go through before signing. Ellie also included a "Commentary" attached to each document giving detailed information explaining the legal blurb. We found this to be vey useful. We are now confident and have peace of mind that our wishes are now in place. Many thanks to all at Toucan, we cannot recommend them highly enough.
