Like most people I have plodded on trying to sort my dodgy toe nails FOR YEARS I was recommended collingwood by a current customer. Esther did my consultation (also the owner). She was very thorough and helpful, I can’t recommend this business enough, the premises is very clean and all equipment hygienic as it’s autoclaved after each use (a new word I learnt). I have now been 3 times, and my issues of infection and ingrown nails is well on the way to normality. As a diabetic I know how important it is to look after my feet, and now I’m confident that I have found someone who can give them the best treatment. So if you have been putting off getting professional advice, I would recommend you get in contact with collingwood chiropodist and podiatry, who also can do home visits. AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

We stayed here using a voucher and after reading some of the reviews I didn’t expect much for the money! But wow- the room was dated but clean and comfy. We ate in the pub and the food was nice although they seem to drown all salad in dressing! The communal areas all very modern and stylish! We had a drink in the bar too- a good selection! Breakfast could be better but we both found enough food we liked! I’m still waiting for my £50 deposit to be returned which I will chase after a week but would definitely return!

The room although tired was ok. Clean and comfortable with everything working. Sat in lounge area but very little atmosphere. However thank you Irene, customer services at its best. She made us feel very welcome and relaxed. In fact she made our stay. Our mood changed from might stay again if in the area to definitely would come again. Breakfast was great following a good restful sleep.
