Great room, very spacious, good lighting, very comfy bed. Lovely view, pleasant staff, and really close to the motorway which was handy. Could have done with coffee being replenished as there was only one day's worth. The only downside was very thin walls compared with chains like Premier Inn where nothing is usually heard from neighbouring rooms.

Lovely warm room to arrive to, on freezing evening. Unfortunately on the 2nd and 3rd day, the tea and milks etc and toilet rolls weren't replenished. This wasn't a problem as we got more from reception. Breakfast's were a bit expensive. Especially the continental at £9.95 which was just cereal, toast and some small croissants with drinks of course. We also had an evening meal, mainly to avoid going out in freezing and snowy conditions, however some ofthe steak in the steak pie was a bit chewy!

Hotel staff couldn’t do enough for you, only advisory that the bar staff asked for my room number then repeated it in front of other guests. There was also no added security on the room doors and no spy holes. Travelling on my own could be improved ! But amazing staff on the whole

Service on Monday morning for breakfast was slower..didn't seem to be so many staff. Otherwise good.
