Emily was absolutely fantastic at communicating with us at every stage of the process, making what could have been an extremely stressful experience feel much more manageable. She explained complex legal terms clearly and helped us understand every step with ease. We always felt completely looked after and never felt that we had to constantly chase for updates. Emily handled everything quickly, professionally and efficiently, even when our first sale fell through. Despite this setback, she continued to support us throughout, and we successfully managed to move within just three months of the initial process starting.
