I have stayed here a few times the facilities are good the menu doesn't set the world alight but its ok, breakfast is fairly basic, the coffee needs more coffee and the staff need to interact with the guests more - no eye contact no good mornings as they pass the service is perfunctory, the spa gym team were friendly and chatty but the bar and restaurant staff definitely need some customer service refreshers.

All the different elements in site. Brilliant spa!
Limit menus at the food options. Outdated and needs some TLC. 2 of the spa elements were out of order e.g biosauna and salt sauna
