He was reachable at all times, even on the weekends and responded very quick. Procedure (Implant) went as well as it could have I believe. Only even so slightly negative thing I would say was that the nurses were talking about what they had been doing on the weekend. Whilst I have no problem at all with people gossiping at work as it’s something we all do from time to time. When you’re spending the better part of £3000 you hope that all attention would be on the job at hand / you. They acted professionally otherwise it just didn’t put my mind at ease thinking that 100% of their concentration may not have been on the job at hand at the time. This was at the Blackpool branch but this address was not present on the dropdown of choices.
