Disappointed with the Hotel lack of Help when we reached out about the room being Hot and they did nothing
We arrived during the hot weather, our room was ridiculously hot. the rooms have no air conditioning and the windows do not open more than an inch. No fans available as all were being used. Basically you pay the same as others, but don’t get the same service. First come first served. They need to prepare better for the hot weather and allow the windows to open. On check out we seen a Fan in the hallway

Worked very hard through this recent heatwave to get our air conditioning installed over one weekend- despite being very busy and booked up. Super professional, friendly and knowledgeable- left our home and garden clean and tidy afterwards. Thanks again!

Had a great day here. Hertfordshire Zoo might not be the biggest but it puts a lot of attention to detail in the different areas. Seeing the decorations and hearing the music make it feel really special. Went on the hottest day of the year but still saw every animal!
