The Hotel was very clean ,the prices at the bar very competitive, food was excellent, what let the hotel down was the front of house staff and the manager , I sent emails and made phone calls but got poor response or none at all . If you have a complaint do it before you leave the hotel as you will get F all after you have checked out. . I may post this revert week until they reply to my phone call or emails. M Sixsmith, still waiting for a £44 reimbursement

There is a place hotter than the sun and it’s a room at this hotel, shame as it’s pretty much spot on apart from the lack of air conditioning.

Nice room comfortable beds some staff very helpful, Lauren receptionist went above and beyond. The barman (with tattos)very helpful. One thing we had to walk thru a wedding bar to get to our bedrooms. Everyone looked awkward!
