I found the content to be very valuable and it was great to be able to ask questions in a practical setting.

Attended RA I day refresher with Zish. First of all Zish is a great guy who makes you feel at ease with the whole process very approachable and knowledgeable.
He talked us through the pre work to be done before you arrive which was very helpful. All questions and queries where answered. One thing that's not covered is RdSAP which is something that's so extensive that 1 day can't really cover but he did touch on questions we had.. would recommend any newly qualified assessor to attend his course ...good all round guy.
