Been loads of times.It is predictable for us be we know we will get a nice room, great evening meal and breakfast. The spa has 5 small rooms for different saunas and steams and a warm pool and swimming pool. It is not in the most picturesque location but we like it.

Spa is decent, the gym could be expanded. I'm a member of the gym and the weekends are way too busy to use the spa facilities. The car park being half shut as well is very annoying I'm having to park outside of the grounds! Which isn't great for the price per month.

We checked in at 2 pm but had a little wait until around 3 pm for our room. We booked a family room that was just right for us, featuring a cozy double bed, a sofa bed, and a single bed—plenty of space for everyone!
The kids were eager to take a dip, but the pool was quite popular during our visit. Breakfast was delightful, and we were thrilled to find a convenient parking spot nearby. We also enjoyed a lovely stroll around the hotel and stumbled upon some charming little shops in the area.

What can I say its took quite a while to get my van sorted properly with suspension clutch dashboard light stopping on .great job van feels good big thank-you, I wish I'd of come across this garage before had bad experience with a AA approved garage at cannock.
