Beautiful and stunning building, perfect for weddings and photos. The bedrooms don't match the grandeur of the public spaces and outside view. Very dated and need upgrading. Breakfast was very average, and not enough service cutlery resulting in people cross contaminating meat service cutlery with vegetarian selections, not a good sight for a vegetarian breakfast guest! On the plus side front of house staff very courteous and friendly. Didn't get a chance to sample spa so can't comment on those facilities.

Attended the Dunk for a soul all-dayer. Nice room, dinner was every good value. Not all the hotel has air-conditioning which as it was a warmish day made it a little uncomfortable at times. . Our room was a bit of a walk from reception and down two flights of stairs. So you may need to check access if disabled.
