I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Dyan for the excellent service she has provided during our stay over the past two weeks.
Dyan is always friendly, welcoming, and has a wonderful smile that makes guests feel comfortable and valued. What impressed me most was her amazing memory. After meeting me only once, she remembered my room number and even the food and drinks we usually ordered the very next day.
She has a natural ability to make guests feel at ease and always knows the right time to check if we need anything, without ever being intrusive. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine care for guests have made our dining experience much more enjoyable.

Breakfast was great plenty of choices for everyone. Rooms nice and clean and beds comfy. The staff very friendly and helpful especially Dyan and Jess who went that extra mile to make us welcome.

What a fantastic stay couldn't find a thing wrong with this place. Came on a Caledonian tour and roo. Was spotless with Aircon and a nice clean bathroom with an actual bath! Food was very nice and the staff so friendly especially those at breakfast time where we had the best and highest quality of food available.

Overnight coach trip stay. Room excellent. Service in bar & restaurant very good & friendly. Had a 3 course meal which was adequate. However there was a limited choice left for a dessert at the end of the meal.
