Stayed on a Saturday as a treat for me and my better half. Stay was excellent and cannot complain, bar staff had so much time for us however, a charger was left in the room. When I returned the night we checked out to pick it up it was nowhere to be seen, despite phoning and being told it would be there. I don't live far so was told they would phone me the day after to let me know if it turned up. Nothing until 5pm when I phoned and was told that no one had mentioned a missing charger. Interesting considering I went up in person. They must have needed a Samsung charger!

Was here for a wedding, venue was lovely and the room was great too. Very good price aswell. Staff were all very friendly and the reception to the wedding was brilliant. Food was great, service was impeccable.
It's a bit out of the way but very nice hotel if your event is confined to the venue.

Asian family next door must have been about 20 had bang on wall / children running up n down corridor very noisy !!!not good my next door about had a 21st so decided to book a night at your hotel because of noise that didn't work out did it ?

Attending a meeting in Bury. This was rated best hotel in the area so chose it and was not disappointed

This was our first visit and likely to go back. Pleasantly surprised by the lovely appointed spacious and well equipped bedroom. Bathroom not huge but had lovely fluffy white towels, toiletries and a super over the bath shower. We had breakfast which was served in a lovely restaurant and exceeded our expectations. Staff were friendly and if visiting the area again would not hesitate to return.

This is my 3rd visit to the Red Hall Hotel over the years, as it is ideally located for visiting friends and family in Bury, Blackburn, Clitheroe and surrounding areas. The reception on arrival has always been friendly and polite and the room clean and tidy. The only downside is the noise from the sink taps - probably from high pressure system, but if the neighbour decides to run water for some time - it could become annoying.
