Ordered a Matilda cake and whilst it wasn't bad there were issues
- they gave me the wrong one. I ordered the khunafa one and they gave me normal

We have used the services of Microcare for over 6 years now. They originally took over from an overpriced and very poor service from another local provider in Bury.
Microcare were a breath of fresh air. The team are knowledgeable and friendly. There's no sales push and they've always been on hand resolving any issues that we've had swiftly.
We recently moved offices and it was smooth running with no breakdown in service.
I'd definitely recommend if you're looking for a team to take the headache of setting in your telephones and broadband and resolving it for you. Then providing ongoing aftercare and advice.

We have been with Microcare with our business phones for a long time now. For most, if not all of that time we have had Dean as our account manager. We find that he is always on hand to offer practical advice and any problems are dealt with swiftly and efficiently. Can't fault them in any way and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy telecoms provider.

I visited today just for a treatment, lovely quiet location. All the staff were lovely and friendly, my therapist Evie gave me an amazing No stress CBD full body with hot stones massage and shared great knowledge of products that would help me in the future. Thank you

Booked a 2 night stay to visit friends. Found it very easy to find using car navigation. Disabled parking is pretty bad as only had 2 spaces available and the cars parked in them didn't displayed a badge, staff not very helpful regarding it. Bedroom was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Cooked breakfast was sufficient but did notice limitations on choices of cereals on offer. Bar area furniture was tired and need overhauled soon. Saying that we do intend to stay again in the future. Would be unfair to comment on location as we chose this hotel for it's proximity to our friends.
