Brilliant team – highly recommend!
I used Amicus Law Solicitors for the sale of my shared ownership property and couldn’t have been happier with the service I received. The whole process was explained clearly, and I found the team extremely informative and helpful from start to finish.
Whenever I needed assistance or had a question, someone was always there to help. Isabela and Rose were absolutely brilliant — professional, friendly, approachable and always kept me updated throughout the process.

I was in Eastbourne for the day waiting for my son to return from an expedition.
This coworking space is in great location, in the centre of town located inside the Beacon shopping centre. I was warmly welcomed by Eimear who signed me and gave a short tour around the the shared space.
There are a number of bookable meeting rooms and at least 2 sound proof pods to make confidential calls. There are 2 banks of desks with monitors you can use, first come first served or you can book a desk with a monitor in advance. Internet speed was very good. Despite the office having around 10 people when I visisted, it was very quiet, people were respectful of those around them when they were doing calls.
You get coffee, tea, milk and dairy free alternative milk. Communal fridge if you're bringing your own lunch.
Both Eimear who welcomed me and Nicola who signed me out were very friendly, a great credit to the Foundry.
Overall a great a experience, I would visit again if I needed to work in the area.
Tip for finding it. Enter via the Terminus Road entrance opposite Buffet Time Restaurant, then it's just inside on the left, next to MOSS/MiniSo.

Nice compact zoo, well maintained and animals kept in good conditions. Enjoyed the bird display and seeing the tiger right next to our table through the glass in the paws and pizza café. Lots of other things to keep children entertained for the whole day including dinosaurs, train, soft play and playground.

What an amazing day we all had!
The dinosaures were brilliant, and kept the children, engaged and excited.
I was a little bit surprised that the dino train is £2 per person to ride. But we still did it, and it was fun.
All the animals are very clean and healthy looking.
You can easily spend an entire day here, with parks for the children to play in, plenty of eating areas and benches to sit.
I am already looking forward to another visit.
