My first and last visit, the food was poor, ordered Bruschetta starter it came on tiny part baked baguette slices with colourless topping that tasted strongly of fish, as i am weight watching, for my main course i chose grilled chicken and salad, again a VERY strong taste of fish, very disappointed and will not return, supposed to be £13.95 for three courses ?? We chose coffee over a dessert as ageed with the waiter, but it still came to over £40 for 2 of us,

I visited Da Vinci's Aldridge with my family on Sunday 8th November. The food was generally very good, although the menu was quite restricted and the apple pie had obviously been microwaved.
My issues lie with the staff who served us. They were very uncommunicative and lacked the friendly disposition which we have found on previous visits (we have been eating at Da Vinci's for over 10 years). They were snatching plates from the table as if they were in a hurry for us to leave.
We noticed that there were very few other diners and tables were not laid for any more expected customers. In the past we have had to book well in advance because this restaurant was very popular.
Have other people experienced the same problems on a Sunday and stayed away?
I hope this situation is put right as they have been so good in the past.

Spacious room, nice layout, very attentive service, amazing food, the midweek banquet menu is very good value. Highly recomend this restaurant.

Beautiful facility, very clean and well maintained. Staff very friendly and helpful, loads to see and do in such a small area. Will definitely be back again at some point!

Stayed as a booking through Spa Breaks. Facilities and spa were good. The room was comfortable but over the bar terrace which was noisy after midnight with furniture being moved and loud voices.

I stayed the weekend of the 29th august 2025. I stayed for a awards night called BATS where I managed to injure my ankle whilst dancing to Cotteneyed Joe. The Night Manager, Zoe was pedefect, I couldn't have asked for a better night for my ankle injury as zoe was ASAP to me, she took outstanding care off me , kept me calm all whilst her fellow colleagues we're.rushed of there feet zoey would be right there attending to all my needs. Zoe in my opinion deserves some sort of customers appreciation award.
