Even with a fan and windows open it was very hot in the bedroom. The staff also seemed to feel the heat and were out of sight most of the time we were there.

A special thank you to Rosie today. I had a parcel delivered incorrectly to a property they have recently sold that was empty. My Dad stopped by the Personal Agent and Rosie very kindly offered to walk up with the keys and retrieve it for us. We are so very grateful for her kindness. It made a stressful situation easier. Thanks again.

I cannot thank Chris and Marie enough for all there help, I opened my own salon and I needed a new sign for the front of the shop and inside the shop, they absolutely nailed my vision and I love the overall result. They also did all the window printing for me and it looks so professional. From start to finish no matter my request nothing was too much trouble and everything was communicated from when things would arrive etc. I’m so happy with everything and would highly recommend to anyone.

I cannot recommend the Banstead branch of The Personal Agent highly enough. Selling and buying a home certainly isn't easy, but the entire team we dealt with from the start went above and beyond to make the whole process as smooth as possible.
A big shout-out to John. His communication throughout was nothing short of excellent. What truly sets him apart is his proactive, professional approach to problem-solving, he simply gets things done and always offers sound, reassuring advice. It has been an absolute pleasure having with someone so efficient.
We will not hesitate to recommend The Personal Agent to anyone buying or selling. If you use them, you are truly in safe hands. A huge thank you to the whole Banstead branch! Thank you.
