Systeme.io is responsive and helpful. What you get for the money is way above what other systems offer for customer marketing, sales funnels, email marketing, affiliate management and more. And their customer support is quick and effective. There's no reason to pay $thousands when you can do it for 10% of that!

Stayed here whilst in the area on business. The check in process was friendly and prompt (don’t forget to register vehicle details on the machine to avoid a possible fine). No issues with the facilities in the room. I decided to eat in the bar and was served by Mal and Callum who were both fantastic. Both were very attentive and met my every need.

Exceptional Service and a Truly Special Welcome
I’ve had the pleasure of staying at the Mercure Dunkenhalgh in Clayton-le-Moors many times over the past two years, and I wanted to take a moment to give a special mention to Semoyal at reception.
Semoyal is an absolute credit to the hotel. From the moment I arrive, I’m always made to feel genuinely welcome and valued. The level of customer service, kindness and professionalism is exceptional, and it’s clear that Semoyal truly cares about making guests feel comfortable and appreciated.
What makes the experience even more special is the personal touch. Over the years, Semoyal has helped make my stays memorable, including making my birthday feel particularly special. Those small gestures and the genuine warmth shown make a huge difference and are something I really appreciate.
When you stay somewhere regularly, it’s the people who make you want to keep coming back — and Semoyal is definitely one of those people. The consistency, friendliness and outstanding service have made a lasting impression on me.
Thank you, Semoyal, for everything you do and for always making me feel so welcome. You are a real asset to the Mercure Dunkenhalgh, and your hard work and dedication absolutely deserve to be recognised.
Thank you for making every stay feel special. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We stayed for three nights for a wedding
The hotel is in a good location
Staff very helpful
The only issue is at night and early morning kids running up and down the corridor
So if you want a peaceful night ,don’t stay here
Why oh why don’t they have security staff preventing this happening

Last reviewed Last Drop 3 years ago and have visited a few times since then, Paid for a 2 day break. Best room i have had, Executive Cottage. Very clean and fresh. Excellent Gym as always use of the spa which is always fun, you are provided with lovely towels on entry. Water was hot in the spa pool but as is usual 2 of the saunas where not working but there are still 3 other still enjoy.
Evening meal was one again good quality and Chef normally has a few things on there that are quite imaginative, Almost certainly you will have to pay extra on top of your allowance but it's not unreasonable.
Breakfast was good and i like that the produce seem of a better standard than some you encounter,
One observation i hope the management will take in the spirit it is given is that the excellent level of service when Franco is not present drops drastically.
The staff seem to lack guidance and do not appear to work as a team, it appears there is a total lack of leadership which is sad to see as it is normally so excellent.
No question that we will be back, Last Drop is a fun place to visit.

I have just come back from a solo weekend here to get away as a burnt out mum.
The room I booked wasn't available so I was told beforehand I'd been upgraded to a suite. I wanted to be able to relax in my room when I wasn't using the facilities but the room had absolutely nothing about it and was incredibly dated. Marks on the walls and curtain. Dark in the midst of a sunny day. Really depressing. Definitely not 4 star. It was clean though so that's the main thing.
The hotel itself I thought was lovely with a rustic feel it was just the rooms that seem to let it down going off other reviews on here.

I ate on the hotel site both nights with dinner at the clocktower grill then the drop inn the next night. Lovely food but so expensive. Breakfast wasn't great, the continental was lovely but the service so slow. I had to go up and ask someone to take my breakfast order 25 mins after I sat down and someone else was also doing the exact same thing after waiting, all while one staff member looked at me a few times and could clearly see I had not been served yet.

I had access to the spa facilities both days and treated myself with treatments. The spa and the team are absolutely incredible. The treatments I had were amazing and both days I came away glowing. Special mention to Evie who did my mud bath. She was so professional whilst also friendly, welcoming and really put me at ease. I wish I could remember the name of the lady who did my facial the day before to give her a mention too because she was just amazing and you can tell they love what they do..

A couple of the saunas in the thermal suite were out of use but I loved the jacuzzi and also went in the sauna and steam room.

All in all I had a fab stay but I would come for the day next time I think as the rooms are expensive for what they are they need to do a revamp.
