2nd stay within last two weeks and very good, welcoming staff and very helpful ,good location for getting into Ramsbottom and other nearby good restaurants although food in Oscars was excellent.
Breakfast excellent albeit a bit slow service but young lad on his own did very well, at least you know each breakfast is freshly cooked. Will visit again when in area

I cannot speak more highly about the service I receive every time I stay at the hotel. Nothing is too much trouble and it’s always service with a smile. The hotel is comfortable and always a pleasure to stay at. Thank you to everyone concerned

On the hottest day of the year, there was no air conditioning in the room. Also no fridge in the room. No welcome pack of water bottles. The hotel was no where near the shops so at least they should give you some water bottles.
Had to keep my window open during the night to get some cool air, and as the window was open it became noisy in the early morning.
Some improvements need to be added, especially when you pay a lot for an ordinary room.
I don't think I will be staying there again as it's not worth it for the amount you are paying.

Great stay once again at the Red Hall. 8 nights in total this trip. Great service thanks to the super staff. Breakfast superb as usual whatever we chose from the menu.
