Location is lovely
The room was too warm and only 1 widow would open...the other was locked.
Also one 1 tiny bottle is not sufficient for 2 people...maybe 1 person is better .
Also when I was drying my hair and doing my makeup, I could not sit at the dressing table and look in mirror as the mirror is too high up.

First time visit to Guernsey and we stayed at the OGH to celebrate my 60th birthday ( hubby was also 60 but at the beginning of June ) We stayed for 10 nights. we were welcomed with a glass of bubbles and shown around the hotel after booking in, our cases were sent up to our room ready for when we went up, the air con was lovely as very hot when we got there.
The staff were all very helpful and a big shout out to “T” and Pamela, also thank you to the chef as Pamela asked him to speak to us about getting some spider crab, edible crab and whole fish as not on the menu which he did and it was lovely ( hopefully I can send some pics ).
My birthday breakfast was brilliant, bunch of flowers on the table, some Buck’s Fizz and a bottle of champagne ( flowers ordered by hubby )
And lots of birthday wishes from all the staff.
The food was excellent in the hotel and lots of tables in the gardens to sit in the shade or the sun with a cold glass of wine or a cocktail.
Thank you Sianna for keeping us fed and watered while we lazed by the pool and made sure everyone had enough towels, also a cold glass of wine by the pool is a must.

The whole process from start to finish was fantastic. Pete kept us up-to-date with what was going on throughout the process prior to installation. The installation process itself was very straightforward. Pete and his colleague arrived at 8 a.m. and completed the installation by lunchtime the same day. They were very conscientious throughout even hoovering up some of the dust in the living room where they had to drill some holes in the wall. We are very pleased with our air-conditioning and highly recommend Climatise Solutions again. We used them after a close friends recommendation.
