Cant believe it has took us so long to find this little gem of a place but now we have! Used K9 this weekend to look after our Lola, Who sometimes we think can be a bit too much for people and is a bit funny with other dogs and has skin/food allergies. Karen I believe it was, was super friendly upon drop off and put us at ease straight away. Upon collecting Lola you can tell the staff actually do take the time to get to know your dog as the feedback we got from Lolas first stay was Lola to a tea! Very easy to book, check in and collect. Already booked her next stay. Thank you all for looking after our girl.

Rich and team came to do a loft conversion along with other jobs around the house. The quality of the work was top tier, the care and attention to detail was very welcome. There were a number of design considerations during the build that they suggested which required a bit more work, but made the outcome 100% better. In total they spent a few months on site and the whole time were courteous, thoughtful and cleaned up after themselves.
Would use Kasteel again and no doubt will ask them back as future projects pop up

Fortis recently installed a new bow window at the front of my house. The process was friendly and thoroughly professional from start to finish. I was particularly impressed with the way the installers (Dave and his assistant) coped with the horrendous weather on the day - intermittent rain, hail and snow plus strong winds with a few brief dry & sunny intervals - quite heroic I thought. They didn't allow the foul weather to affect the quality of their work, the result is really first class. They made a pretty good job of tidying up afterwards too. I have no hesitation in recommending this excellent local company for any further work.
