Just could not recommend enough! Called out to quote for a new boiler system ( as advised by another local company) for the issue to be fixed within one call out. No parts needed, no new system! And even more so, we were cancelling our holiday to pay for this so I am forever grateful xx

Dan and his team have been brilliant - we had a new boiler installation, they were professional, friendly and really helpful. They worked hard, cleaned up after themselves and we are extremely happy with our new system! They came back afterwards and did a couple of small jobs to correct a couple of issues that arose, none of which were their making and for which we are really grateful - couldn't recommend them enough!

Our boiler stopped working in the middle of a cold snap and with 2 little ones at home we were in a bit of a panic. Even though it was evening, we got a reply straight away to our message. Dan came the next day and fixed it for us. We are so so grateful - will definitely use again. Thank you so much.

We had our heating upgraded to a system boiler in October by Thermo-Flow and were really impressed. We contacted them after a few other companies failed to show up to give quotes and Dan came round the next day (a Saturday)! He was really friendly and knowledgeable and talked us through lots of different options, and the quote was very reasonable compared to the others. The guys who came to do the work were also lovely, and very tidy. Very happy and would definitely recommend, thank you!

As someone new to St Neots, I was at a loss when my boiler was leaking large volumes of water one morning. After checking bestofstneots I found thermo-flow to have outstanding reviews from locals. I could tell from the initial call that they were a professional courteous company. Whilst I was concerned and panicking about my boiler, they gave me a quote and had sent someone round within a couple of hours! Dan was able to swiftly identify and sort the issue with the boiler. He recommended that I have some filters replaced / renewed and he informed me of the price and returned a day or so later to change the parts. As the boiler was due a service Thermoflow offered a very competitive quote for a full service so I had Dan give the boiler a service once he had changed the part ( with the appropriate gas service certificate being emailed on the same day). Dan also fixed a very leaky tap (as I have only just moved into the property ) again, identifying the issue and providing clear options of what could be done. The quotes have always been broken down and clear with fair pricing. Dan and his colleagues are extremely personally, polite and reliable. With a warm manner and transparent explanations of costs and or what work is being done or will be done.
I would thoroughly recommend Thermoflow-flow to anyone, I have already informed local friends about the great work and reliability.

Very highly recommend Thermo-Flow. They came out to fix our boiler which ended up needing quite a big repair. They managed to fit in the repair very quickly and were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout.
Cannot say thank you enough for getting it sorted so quickly and professionally.

We had an oil boiler service yesterday 22nd June. The appointment was only made a week ago. Daniel arrived promptly and did a thorough and efficient service. Very pleased with this company and will be using it again.

I would give the highest recommendation to Thermo-Flow Services. I have used them to repair and install a heating system at my house, including a gas boiler, and to install a complete new bathroom. I have cancelled my heating insurance on the basis that I can get Thermo-Flow to maintain it more quickly and cheaply than the insurers. The bathroom install was done to perfection - no easy job since it involved fitting a frameless shower screen with no vertical, horizontal or lateral adjustment. All jobs have been carried out punctually, at reasonable cost and with courtesy and good humour. Top recommendation!

very pleased with the work carried out, the engineer was polite and friendly and cleaned up at the end of each day. All waste was cleared at the end of the job and we were shown in detail how to operate the new boiler system.

We needed our oil boiler replaced urgently due to it breaking down (mid COVID-19 crisis). I called and Daniel from Thermo-Flow came to have a look that same day (Friday). He sent the quote through that afternoon which was very competitive and also very clear with a breakdown of all costs. What was particularly good was any optional additional parts/items where clearly shown separately which made the quote very honest and transparent. We decided to go ahead with the quote and work commenced on the Monday. Very professional (as was his apprentice), very tidy, explained what he was doing throughout and the work was of a very high standard. We could smell a small amount of oil at the weekend after the work was complete and so text Daniel (a Saturday) asking if he could pop over on the Monday. He was in the area and so popped to us about an hour later (this was just residue oil from the breakdown which has seeped up through our floor - which was completely ruined by the breakdown!). Great service especially as it was a weekend and his day off! I highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them in the future for any other work that may need/want doing , along with the annual servicing. The quote amount was exactly what we paid, no additional costs were added by Thermo-Flow at the end. They really, really impressed me from start to finish. Thank you!

I have just used Thermo-Flow to fit a new gas boiler into an old property. The service provided was excellent from start to finish, very responsive and professional. The quote was competitive and the work was completed to a high standard and with a smile in 26 degrees! The boiler comes with a 10 year guarantee if it is serviced by them annually. Highly recommended and goodbye British Gas

These people were, quite simply, really pleasant and professional to deal with. A rapid response to my initial enquiry, a full explanation of what they proposed and how they would go about doing the work. A full and detailed quotation was provided and the work carried out was of excellent quality and the premises left very clean and tidy. Cannot recommend this team of people any more than if I were related to them.

We came across Thermo-Flow Services a year or so ago. We had a serious leak from a pressurised hot-water cylinder - water coming through the downstairs ceiling! Dan didn't know us at all - but came out late at night and stayed until the early-hours and until our system was drained and safe. Steve made a brilliant job of replacing the faulty cylinder and later the boiler. We just had them rip out and replace an entire en-suite shower-room/toilet. Alex this time - and once again a brilliant job. No fuss, no dramas - no frequent use of the word 'Nightmare'! They just get on with the job, whatever it is - the other trades that they brought to our new shower-room installation, plasterer, tiler & electrician - all the same - they just get on with it and do everything properly. Thermo-Flow Services is growing and deserves its obvious success. We cannot praise them highly enough and would recommend them to anyone.

They have serviced my gas fire and boiler, fitted thermostatic valves to all radiators, replaced and repaired showers and pumps as well as taps as and when required. Last year they undertook my bathroom upgrade and over two weeks transformed the tired old room into a modern and stylish bathroom.
