The staff have been friendly and welcoming throughout my stays, making the whole experience even better. The facilities are also a real highlight – the pool and gym are clean, well maintained, and a great addition to the hotel.
I'll definitely be staying here again and hope the hotel continues to maintain its current high standards. Based on my own experience, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Mercure Blackburn. It's a lovely hotel with great facilities, excellent staff, and, in my opinion, very good food.
