After purchasing their was unfortunately a misshap with the MOT. It had failed shortly before I picked the car up (they obviously went to our a fresh MOT on the car). It failed on tires.
Fish Motors had actually put fresh tires on the car but made an error and simply forgot to take the car back to get the MOT sorted before I picked the car up.
After I realised this, I rung them, explained what had happened and they handled the situation very professionally. Understood they we're abit of a track for me, and offered to pay for the MOT if I took to a testing centre near me.
And so, I took the car to get a fresh MOT, sent over the invoice the FishMotors and within moments of sending the invoice they paid.
Sometimes mistakes and errors happen, and it's how they are resolved that really shows how good or bad a company is.
Fish motors we're extremely helpful and professional. Will definitely use this garage again in the future!
