Very happy with the customer service received from Fish Motors, everyone is friendly and helpful. Matthew was brill! Getting my new car wasn’t as straightforward as there were a couple of speed bumps along the way but Matthew went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of efficiently and kept me up to date at all times. We purchased a car from fish motors a few weeks ago, since then we have noticed that there were a few issues with the car. After at first being worried that they would not arrange for these to be sorted for us they actually went above and beyond to help us with our issues and paid all invoices surrounding any repairs that were made. Brian at the fish motor garage was fantastic, answered all my questions and ensured I drove away happy and even opened earlier than he usually does to accommodate my busy weekend with the kids, chris at the sales office was again fantastic and arranged for all problems to be sorted. From my recent experience I would say they are very trusted and definetly aim for high customer satisfaction.

Great experience buying a car from these guys. I had spent a little while searching and found the car I wanted. I looked at the reviews of the garage and history of the company before I made my purchase and I was glad I did very accommodating as I couldn't get the car straight away. The 250mile drive home was the test and it was a lovely drive no niggles, noises or any issues just shows they have been around a long time because they do it properly THANK YOU

Booked to view a specific car. on the day the car was waiting for me. the salesperson was friendly but not very excited to get a Poss. Sale. He answered all my questions. even let me walk around the car until I was ready for the test drive. BUT opening the door to be met by very dirty seats. as though a child had played in the car with muddy shoes. I asked why its not cleaned, The Answer was it might go "moldy" it is for that specific reason I did not go ahead with this purchase. Otherwise, it might have been perfect..I Doubt it will sell until the seats are cleaned though.

Picked out BMW X1 up yesterday. Can’t fault the overall service. There was no pressure, Matthew was amazing at getting us into our new car within a few days, he even arranged for an under body video from front to back so we could have peace of mind. Matthew did all the paper work online and on hand over was in and out in 20mins.
The only thing and this is me, I need get the car to my Valeters to get up to the standard I know. A-O £40 it Cost including upholstery.
