Immaculate! Stayed here for two nights whilst on a course down the road. The location is ideal for exploring Barnstaple on foot, yet lovely and quiet with no traffic noise. Lovely, clean room with lots of little details that make a stay more comfortable; (you can control the temperature in your own room with thermostat on radiator, for instance). Great ensuite with decent shower. Gorgeous breakfast, which you can specify beforehand, and book for a time that suits you. Very useful fridge in the dining room for storing packed lunches. Highly recommended.
