Experience the magic of A Christmas Carol at Mottisfont this winter. Follow the classic Dickens story as it unfolds around the house and garden.
New Years Day Walk - Welcome the new year with a brisk walk in the beautiful Hampshire countryside. Dogs welcome!

Saturday 2nd January

Back to the moon: For good - find out about the competition that has inspired international teams to build spacecraft to try and win a share of Google's $40 million prize fund.
Hillier Gardens: Aladdin Bauble Hunt

Winter in Sugar - An enchanting festive winter exhibition featuring gingerbread houses, as well as seasonal flowers + foliage all made from sugarpaste.

Hinton Ampner Winter display - discovery hidden treasure!

Rest of the week

Rhymetime - 30 minutes of songs, rhymes, rhythm to get you and your little one moving + singing!
Alresford County Market - the highest quality produce; free range eggs, watercress, cakes, preserves and soups. Also, hand knitting and needlework, greeting cards, prints and calendars + toys.
Mini Professors (age 2-3) - aims to introduce toddlers and preschool children to the wondrous world of science.
Open Mic Comedy - welcome budding comedians onto the small stage in the eighteen71 café-bar.
Knit + Knatter - taking place in the cafe at Winchester Discovery Centre Every Tuesday morning.
