At our new Yoga and Pilates Studios in Wimbledon SW19, you will find peace and wellness to take you further in your wellbeing journey. Choose from beginners to advanced classes in a style to suit you. There will be something for everyone including mums to be. We organise intimate class sizes with a maximum of ten people.

Yoga

Our highly experienced yoga tutors run classes, the benefits of which include:

At GC Yoga and Pilates Studios, we recognise that there is no single way to practice Yoga, therefore we encourage you to find a style that suits you best out of the many classes that we offer. Our yoga classes are all a form of hatha yoga, incorporating styles such as Sivananda, Vinyasa Flow, and Ashtanga

We offer a wide mix of yoga classes from those suitable for individuals who already have an understanding of Yoga to a 'Beginner to Yoga' class.

 

Pilates

The pilates classes at GC Yoga and Pilates Studios in Wimbledon, South West London has something to offer everyone whatever your age or fitness level. Pilates is a mind-body exercise which targets the core stabilising muscles. It aims to achieve a strong girdle of strength, allowing for correct body alignment and posture, thus minimising physical injury.

We also practice yoga-lates to combine the benefits of both yoga and pilates practice!
