After several cases of poor workmanship from other companies, when it came to renovating our bathroom we wanted the best and went with Gill's - and they didn't disappoint. Work starts with the Computer Aided Drawing which they draw up to your spec and gives you many different perspectives on the final layout. After a few tweaks, that was sorted out and the work started. The renovation itself was obviously disruptive, but they were very neat and cleared up meticulously every day. Rob, the fitter, talked us through each step and any final changes. His attention to detail was superb, adding extra touches to give the best possible finish. Even when things didn't go according plan, and a new cold water tank needed to be fitted, Rob and Derek worked long hours to complete the job on-time.
The final job is outstanding and matches the CAD drawings exactly. Not the cheapest, but we definitely got what we paid for - a quality product and quality service.

We used Gill's on a recommendation from a neighbour. Gill's were fast, efficient, professional and friendly. We had a leak in a pipe buried in the concrete floor and Derick from Gill's did a great job of isolating the problem, repairing it, then making good. We would not hesitate to use Gill's next time.

Just had our downstairs toilet updated by Gills and as usual they have done a wonderful job. Gills had already carried out work on our upstairs bathroom and en suite a few years ago and we were so pleased with the finished job that we had no hesitation in asking them to come back again. From the initial contact with Lorraine and the visit from Chris to quote for the work to the installation by Rob every thing went smoothly. Rob is a bit of a perfectionist and ensures that every tiny detail is completed to a high standard. We would thoroughly recommend Gills to anyone thinking of having bathroom or kitchen work carried out. They have also sorted out various plumbing issues we have had over the years so give them a call for any plumbing related problems.

Last week Gill’s finished transforming our “family” bathroom into a beautiful new shower room. We are very, very pleased with the outcome. Whenever I have a plumbing/heating problem I always use Gill's as:
(a) They usually get back to me within 24 hours with a visit.
(b) Their plumbers are always professional and efficient.
(c) Their invoices are always acurate - particularly like the fact labour charges are calculated to the next 1/4 hour if it goes over the hour.

Excllent company. Friendly, helpful and hard-working. They took time to help me choose what would fit into an awkward-shaped bathroom, were patient when I kept changing my mind and made a good job of fitting what I finally chose. Brilliant service! I developed a severe leak in my stopcock which was leading to a damp wall and skirting board. After using Gill’s to renovate our ensuite we asked them back to work on our main bathroom. Again they did a brilliant job, gutting the entire room and starting from scratch. We now have a modern room with recessed shelving, digital bath, digital shower and a rain shower.
Rob and Chris had a great eye for detail and frequently checked with us for any design decisions.
I would have no hesitation in recommending or using Gill’s again.

Gills have completed jobs large (bathroom replacements and water softener installation) and small (lighting and taps replacement) and I cannot recommend them highly enough. The advice before a job and help in the showroom through to the work on site and after care is second to none. The team are efficient, professional, considerate, friendly and very trustworthy. I will use again and recommend them tonfriends and family too. Probably not the cheapest but certainly the best quality!

We employed Gill's to redesign and build our en-suite. From the outset their professionalism and standard of work was excellent. The fitters engaged with us at every stage and cleaned up the workspace every day when they finished. The project was completed in the time initially discussed. We are delighted with the outcome and will be using Gill's for further work.
