From 11am to 4pm on Saturday 7th April, why not egg-sperience an egg-citing day out at the Watford Museum Easter Fun Day

Situated on Watford's High Street you can take part in free family arts and crafts activities and perhaps create an eggs-hibit of the future!

(Ok, we’ll stop now!)

Children can make Spring themed decorations and share the thrill of the Easter Egg hunt. Offering something for all ages, this is a fun, free way to enjoy some family time this Easter, and there's no need to book - just turn up and enjoy.

And if you want to further dispel the 'dark and stuffy' myth, why not explore the Museum whilst you're there?

Watford Museum's sculpture collection displays some stunning bronze, copper and steel pieces. The history and heritage of Watford Football Club is also on display with exhibits ranging from a player's card from the 1890's to one of Elton John's stage costumes! You can also view a more traditional exhibition of Fine Arts, including the splendid Cassiobury Collection of portraits of various generations of the Essex family and exquisite works depicting Cassiobury itself.

So whether you're a fun seeker or a culture vulture, or sit somewhere in between, Watford Museum has something to offer this Saturday.
