Watford will escape facing any Premier League sides in the second round of the Carling Cup due to lucky seeding.
The second round of the competition will see the draw separated into two groups of seeded and unseeded teams.
Due to Premier League sides involved in Europe not due to enter the tournament until round three, Watford will avoid any big names, alongside the other 24 seeded teams from the Championship.
The draw will be revealed on Sky Sports New tonight from 10pm, with the fixtures due to begin around the 23rd August.
