Welfare to Work provider Reed in Partnership has urged Watford businesses to sign up to the Government's new 'Backing Young Britain' initiative aimed at offering internships and apprenticeships to 18-24 year olds in the region.

Backing Young Britain aims to bring local Watford businesses and organisations together with young people within the area to ensure their essential skills and passion for a career is exploited to its full potential.

Offering a cost effective recruitment service akin to that you would expect from a recruitment agency, the local providers of the Backing Young Britain campaign will source potential candidates, pre-vet them and match them to the pre-agreed specifications the business has outlined in advance.

This service enables Watford companies to immediately tap into the large pool of local talent with minimal extra investment.

Further information on the programme can be found at the Backing Young Britain website
