Prior to the opening of intu Watford’s 400,000 sq ft retail and leisure development, the centre ranked 34th place by data analytics company, GlobalData, according to research it carried out taking into account the requirements of both tenants and shoppers. The development has now elevated the Hertfordshire town to a top 20 national retail destination alongside Edinburgh and Bristol.
