There's still time for you to register for the Watford series of Sky Ride Local - and help celebrate the biggest year ever for Cycling in Britain.
The free, led, traffic-free bike rides are run by trained Ride Leaders and with four different levels to accommodate any age or ability, it is a great way to get out and about with all the family.
The events are a part of a national scheme led by British Cycling and Sky, which aims to get 1,000,000 people back in the saddle by the end of the year by inspiring them to rediscover the fun of bike riding.
Celebrity Sky Ride ambassadors include Chris Hoy, Kelly Brook, Gethin Jones, Edith Bowman, Stacey Solomon and Charlie Webster, with Gethin in particular getting behind Sky Ride Local.
If you regularly burn up the miles on your roadbike, go of the beaten track on a mountain bike or even haven't had your stabilisers off yet, then there is a ride you will be able to get involved with and the leaders will help you every step of the way.
And if you simply haven't been on a bike for a long time, don't worry. It's just like... Well, you know!
