Watford's Peace Hospice is holding another great fun event in Cassiobury Park in September and is inviting everyone to push themselves all the way!
The 'Push it for the Peace' challenge is a five mile obstacle course featuring cargo nets, wire crawls and plenty of water and mud!
But don't worry about being an Olympic athlete to compete. It's not about winning, it's all about having a bit of fun, pushing yourself a little and above all, raisin vital funds for the hospice. The event, which takes place on Sunday 23rd September costs £20 to enter and every penny goes to this great cause.
The Peace Hospice is a Watford based charity who offer care and support for patients with terminal or life limiting illnesses and their families across South West Hertfordshire.
But to continue to offer free care to inpatients, outpatients as well as hospice at home services and bereavement support, they need to raise £3.8 million this year alone.
If you would like to take part, or volunteer to help out with this or any other fundraising event contact their Events Team on 01923 335 365 or send the Peace Hospice an email.
