"Life is a continuous vibration of up and down. And in this up and down, try to be neutral: be seated in your own spiritual integrity."

Yogi Bhajan

Kundalini Yoga is a school of yoga that is also known as laya yoga or ‘the yoga of awareness’. Influenced by Shaktism and Tantra, Kundalini Yoga is a synthesis of many traditional yoga techniques and uses a trifold approach of Bhakti yoga for devotion, Shakti yoga for power and Raja yoga for mental control and power.

Taking place from 9:30am until midday on Saturday 19th December 2015 at The Quaker House in Watford, ‘One for the Heart’ is part of a national Kundalini yoga and meditation programme, which is delivered through the Guru Das Project charity.

Taught by Harsha Moore, lead solicitor for Watford employment law specialists, Moore Solicitors, the ’One for the Heart’ Kundalini workshop is open to adults of all abilities, regardless of your level of yoga practice.
