Croxfest 2015 is just around the corner!

thebestof Watford is delighted to be one of the sponsors of this year's Croxfest.

An annual music festival held on The Green in Croxley Green, it has quickly become a 'must attend' event for local families.

It's not surprising – free for all to attend, a varied line-up of acts that will appeal to all and a family-friendly atmosphere... what's not to like?

Croxfest 2015 will be taking place from midday until 8pm on Saturday September 5th 2015 in Croxley Green, Watford.

The band line-up has now been announced:

12pm: Vinyl Plan – unique take on Indie Rock, inspired by Tom Odell and Peace
12:40pm: The Involved – influenced by Pink Floyd, Stone Roses, Beatles, Beta Band and Joy Division
1:20pm: Polka Dots – modern twist on classic 40s/50s swing
2:05pm: Meansteed – high octane hard rock
2:50pm: The Nashvillains – kick-ass country music
3:35pm: Streetcar9 – 11 piece soul and funk band
4:30pm: Five Fold Kiss – classic and contemporary rock and pop party band
5:25pm: Valens – solid rock rhythms and uplifting melodies – Radio 1s Huw Stephens recently called them “the most exciting new band from Herts, Beds & Bucks”
6:20pm: Tail-Gator – pure rock classics, with influences including Aerosmith, ACDC and ZZ Top
7:15pm: The Turner Brothers – feel good music, sprinkled with Ska, Indie. Folk, Rap and alternative

As well as a fantastic line-up of bands throughout the day, there are lots of stalls and activities to keep everyone busy, including a bouncy castle, face painting, glitter tattoos and curls courtesy of UD Salon in Watford, music sessions, jewellery and plenty of food and drink options.
