They care, plain & simple! I have been taking my dogs and my cat there since about 4 months after they opened and would not even consider taking them anywhere else. When you walk through the door,you will be greeted by name with a smile. Brodie (7mths pup)is always treated gently & patiently, she loves going to see them! All the staff will happily explain whats happening clearly without being condesending and you never leave feeling like you've been conned into paying over the odds (with extra's added to the bill!!)like you do sometimes with other vets. All the nurses are trained to a high level & are confident in their work. Hamish is by far the best vet we have ever visited. He had to recommend we euthanise our dog & cat within 6 months (very old & ill) of each other.It was so hard for us, he definitely made it easier.Both of them were treated without fuss & with dignity. Just dont know what we would do do without them!
