Coinadrink Limited prides itself on being a great place to work. Amongst the promises, we offer all our staff the opportunity for continued development through workshops, seminars and even apprenticeship courses. 

These apprenticeship courses are usually researched by those in managerial positions, who look for opportunities that could be well suited to team members within their department. We also encourage everyone to approach their managers with anything that could help them to reach their own potential. 

Julie Jones, our Customer and Business Development Administrator, and Alistair Ward, one of our Digital Marketing Specialists, enrolled onto a Sales Executive Level 4 course in February 2021. 

At the time, both Julie and Alistair were working in our marketing department. The sales course provided a great opportunity to understand how the two departments work together from initial customer enquiry to ongoing after-support. 

The last 18 months have taken each team member firmly out of their comfort zone, but, through six lengthy modules and a detailed EPA (End Point Assessment) all undertaken virtually, the course has delivered an invaluable experience and drastically boosted their own confidence.

Following the EPA a couple of weeks ago, we’re delighted to say that Julie and Alistair’s hard work has been rewarded with a pass grade!

Continual development is a key aspect of our overall company culture that many staff both past and present have always appreciated. We believe learning is a valuable commodity and we invest in everyone’s ability. 

This pledge towards our own staff has helped us earn the Investors in People Gold accreditation, which aims to make working environments across the UK better for their employees. 

Investing in training and development opportunities also forms a key part of our vending machine service promises. For example, all of our field-based operators and engineers are trained directly by ourselves.

This is how we know they are delivering a service to our customers that meets our high standards.
